Meditation and Mindfulness in Everyday Life

This concentration offers introductory training in meditation and spiritual education for everyone. It offers lectures, seminars, classes and group meditation, given by highly trained and experienced practitioners. These activities offer participants training in many different forms of meditation and the philosophy which supports them.

Note: 1-2 hour, full or half day classes/seminars are available to groups by request.
